Conscious and regular movements and breathing exercises lead us into a deep relaxation, strengthen our physical health, restore our mental equilibrium and a new joy in life will arise in us.
In my courses I use a combination of relaxation techniques and revitalization or healing methods such as: Hatha Yoga, Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga), breathing exercises, meditation, visualization, Mudras (finger Yoga) and acupressure.

On the full moon evenings meet we in our Yoga studio or at the sea in Torre del Mar to chant Tibetan mantras together.
